Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

If the cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, a refund will be issued minus a 5% cancellation fee to cover processing and handling costs.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the full shipping and return process will apply.
