Return of Products
Used products cannot be returned, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 business days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Custom-made, engraved, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within 1 business day of delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the delivered item.
Customer Responsibilities
Returns must be sent at the customerโs expense, and items must be packed securely to avoid damage.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Adding Items to an Existing Order
Items added to an existing order will be charged at the current price at the time of the addition, not the original order price.
