Shipping Policy

After full payment has been processed, your order will be delivered to a designated distribution point within eligible shipping areas based on the address provided, or made available for pick-up upon request. The Operator reserves the right to change the shipping methods and/or delivery areas at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
You must enter your address in English only and provide all required details as requested by the Operator.
In case any required information is missing or incomplete, the Operator will contact you to complete the necessary details.

Most of our orders arrive within approximately 10 business days.
However, shipping times may range between 21โ€“49 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these timelines without prior notice, and you will not have any claims against the Operator in such cases.

In case of delayed shipping, we recommend contacting the Operator to allow for a resolution. You must contact the Operator within 60 business days from the date your order was confirmed, in accordance with applicable law.

Currently, international shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country. Shipping rates may vary by item and location. The Operator reserves the right to introduce or modify shipping fees in the future, without prior notice or consent.

Any tax, customs duty, or VAT applicable to your order is your sole responsibility. You may not claim against the Operator in such matters.

Please note that all shipping services are provided by third-party couriers who are not controlled by the Operator. Accordingly, the Operator shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by these third parties, including those resulting from negligence.

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside the Operatorโ€™s control, including but not limited to:
force majeure, national security concerns at the delivery location, severe weather conditions, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods), roadblocks, fires, strikes, holidays, and errors in your shipping address or contact information.
Such delays do not release you from the obligation to pay for your order, and no claims may be brought against the Operator in such cases.

If delivery fails due to inability to contact you at the time of delivery, the shipment will not be completed. You will then need to coordinate a new delivery at your own expense, including any additional shipping costs.

You may authorize the courier to leave your order at a specified location without your presence (e.g., at your door or with someone on your behalf). However, if you do so, the Operator shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, defect, or mismatch between the order and the delivered item. No claims will be accepted in such cases.

The Operator shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, or delays caused by you, including difficulties in contacting you. These will not be considered a breach of the Operator's obligation and will not exempt you from payment.

All packaging will be prepared at the Operatorโ€™s sole discretion. You shall have no claims regarding the form, design, or type of packaging used.
